If you've always wanted to learn how to make a three course meal like a pro, here's your chance. Italy native Chef Rocco has worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant and five star properties around Italy and Switzerland and will teach you the secrets to cooking great food.
You'll start with baked zucchini, before moving on to baked salmon and finish with the classic, espresso-laced Italian dessert, Tiramisu. Buon appetito!

Meet your chef
Chef Rocco started cooking in Italy and then followed his passion for cooking around the world for over 20 years. From luxury hotels to glamorous restaurants, Chef Rocco has worked at Gordon Ramsay's 3-Michelin Starred restaurant and 5 starred hotels in Italy and Switzerland. With over 9 years of teaching experience, he has taught classes in Australia, Italy, and the United States. He is currently in the process of writing 3 cookbooks.
