Step into the kitchen of an internationally trained culinarian, Chef Rocco, to discover the intricacies of creating perfect pizza and exquisite pasta. Drawing upon decades of experience in fine dining and a passion for relaying the pleasure of cooking, Chef Rocco’s class will be an experience you won’t forget.
The class begins with a lesson in hand-crafting pizza, and continues with a course of handmade spinach-ricotta ravioli in which you’ll learn to manipulate simple ingredients into impressive Italian dishes. Lastly, you’ll learn to make a fruit-forward baked pear dessert swimming in a red wine reduction.

Chef Rocco was well prepared, very knowledgeable from his vast experiences and a super great teacher! The food we made was very tasty yet only basic ingredients were needed to make them. We're super grateful to Chef Rocco for inviting us into his home and sharing his passion with us.

Chef Rocco's class was so much fun! He is extremely knowledgeable in Italian cuisine and culture. I had such a blast getting to know him and his experience in the food industry. Meet your chef
Chef Rocco started cooking in Italy and then followed his passion for cooking around the world for over 20 years. From luxury hotels to glamorous restaurants, Chef Rocco has worked at Gordon Ramsay's 3-Michelin Starred restaurant and 5 starred hotels in Italy and Switzerland. With over 9 years of teaching experience, he has taught classes in Australia, Italy, and the United States. He is currently in the process of writing 3 cookbooks.
