What You’ll Do

Create autumn classics with smoked honey chicken, buttermilk biscuits, and apple crisp using Breville appliances.

Experience American classics and autumnal flavors in this hands-on cooking class featuring innovative Breville appliances. Use the smoking gun by Breville to create a smoked hot honey for glazing chicken. The chef instructor will guide you in making buttermilk biscuits and roasted butternut squash with mozzarella, arugula, and toasted nuts. Finish with a classic fall dessert apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream using the Breville paradice food processor for effortless preparation.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Teacher was great! The class felt a bit crowded. I would have preferred two to a station rather than four.
