Cooking Class - Three-Course French Meal

Unlock the secrets to making tasty French fare.

If you've always wanted to know how to make a killer three-course French meal, French Chef Marlene will show you how to create quite the feast. You'll start with traditional onion soup, move on to the main course of duck leg topped with honey and mustard sauce and make a side of baby potatoes and spinach to go with it. Before long, you'll be saying "oh, la, la" like the French do.

Guests are welcome to bring beer or wine to enjoy during class. If your class is under the minimum, Chef Marlene is available to host for an upgrade fee equal to 35% of the per person rate.
