This brunch-themed cooking class makes for quite a memorable morning. With tips from the chef, you’ll learn how to make a phenomenal bagel brunch from scratch while sipping mimosas and being entertained by Drag Queens.
Master the process of making fresh bagels from start to finish along with two varieties of savory cream cheese: sun-dried tomato with smoked salmon and herbed goat cheese with vegetables. The chef will also demonstrate how to make an impressive asiago frittata. Enjoy one complimentary strawberry cinnamon mimosa per guest, then keep the party going with a curated selection of wines for purchase. There’s no better way to start the day!
