'Tis the season to bring the gang together in the kitchen for a team building cooking class with real sparkle! Chef Andy leads you through a party spread that celebrates the best of wintertime flavor.

Your team will enjoy a selection of hors d'oeuvres courtesy of Chef Andy as they prepare a zesty spinach and cranberry dip, assemble a refreshing charred grape and toasted pumpkin seed salad and create savory sides for a sumptuous vegetarian, chicken or steak entrée. For dessert, they'll craft a batch of gingerbread scones and brew homemade hot chocolate.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

If i could give 10/5 stars, i would! Any anxiety we had about this event disappeared the moment we met Andy and his incredible team. What a delightful group activity (we were 20 people), and MY GOD did it go perfectly. Everyone had fun, learned a lot and most importantly, ate very very well!

Chef Andy was fantastic! Each course was delicious and plated beautifully. He and his sous chef were very prompt and paced the coursing nicely. We had a Spanish-inspired meal but would definitely use him again for a different cuisine!
