Learn how create a magical anniversary dinner inspired by classical French Cuisine.

Join our fabulous chef's anniversary feast cooking class and share a fabulous meal with your loved one. Along with the professional chef, take a food-inspired journey through a decadent French-inspired menu. Layer potatoes to craft a crisp and delicious pommes Anna to accompany the mouth-watering succulent steak au poivre. End the meal off on high note with rich chocolate crêpes dressed with Chantilly Cream for dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We cooked roasted chicken with brown-butter mashed potatoes, as well as a crème brûlée. It was delicious and Chef Ricky was great, it was a great date night for my boyfriend’s birthday!

A "spectrum" for a French meal: Onion Soup, blanched and dressed green beans, baked chicken, pear tarts.
