What You’ll Do

Bring the essence of French country cooking to your table.

Warm up with a menu of French comfort food in this cooking class in Chicago. With help from Chef Eric or one of the talented resident chefs, you’ll prepare roasted cauliflower soup, buttery green beans and a traditional chicken and sausage cassoulet. For dessert you’ll poach pears in white wine and pair them with homemade vanilla crème anglaise. This cozy cooking experience in Chicago is perfect for anyone craving classic flavors and slow-cooked goodness.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

We had an amazing time during our pasta making class! It was a lot of fun, the instructions were easy and the food turned out amazing. Mimi, Jonathan and Robert were all very friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire class. I would definitely recommend and can't wait to book another class with them!
