Cooking Class - Vegetarian Indian Classics
Indulge in your favorite Indian dishes in this vegetarian cooking class. Whatever your skill level, Chef Rakhi will teach you how to cook traditional meals with unique spices and aromas you’ll love to recreate at home.
You’ll begin by preparing a batch of tandoori-spiced potatoes made with yogurt, ginger and garlic paste. Next, cook up authentic Indian cheese coated in a flavorful spinach gravy you can soak up with warm pan-roasted flatbread that you’ll make from scratch. Finish your class by creating a classic Indian sweet treat that will become a favorite among family and friends.
