Cooking Class - Favorites From Thai Cuisine in La Jolla & Pacific Beach

My family and I had the best time with Chef Supranee during our cooking class! She was so kind and welcoming and we immediately felt so comfortable talking and cooking with her! Thai food is something we have always wanted to learn how to cook and this class did not disappoint! We cooked 4 amazing dishes together and learned just how easy Thai food can be to make! All the food tasted incredible and I personally was obsessed with the panang curry! Don't hesitate to book a class with Chef Supranee! She is the best!!

This was a terrific experience. Chef Supranee was very kind and welcoming. She was engaging and her instructions were easy to follow. Everything was delicious but my favorite dish was the tom kha. I would recommend this class with Chef Supranee.

Attending Chef Supranee's vegetarian Thai cooking class was an incredible experience! The hospitality was outstanding from the moment we arrived, her cozy home was a the perfect atmosphere for a cooking class. All ingredients were prepped and ready, and Chef Supranee explained each step clearly. All the dishes we prepared were absolutely delicious! We were pleasantly surprised with the generous leftover take-home boxes and extra ingredients provided. Additionally, we received detailed recipes to recreate the dishes at home, which added incredible value to the experience. This class exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to attending again in the future. Highly recommended!

Chef Supranee is such an excellent chef! I had the privilege of having her come to my house to teach Thai Cooking. She blew all of us away with her talent and ease of cooking Thai. She came prepared with everything needed for a fabulous dinner. I learned so much from her and her delicious recipes. Highly recommend her cooking classes.

Chef Supranee's class was fun, interesting and helpful. I've always wanted to make Thai dishes but never quite get the right flavor. Her class helped me hone in the flavor. She's very helpful with answering questions. I will definitely sign-up for more of her classes. She's also good at suggesting alternative ingredients if some are not available. Would like to learn how to cook more Thai dishes.

I had an awesome experience Chef Supranee. I was invited by a friend to a cooking class. Upon arriving at the class, she gave us a friendly welcoming smile and offered us a homemade lychee drink. She gave us a booklet with all the recipes we were cooking that night, displaying all the ingredients and her guidance and directions on each recipe. An awesome hands-on experience guided by her step by step on cooking Thai food. She displayed all the ingredients for each recipe, the proper amount, and the right secrets that she was willing to share with all of us that night. And of course, answering any questions that the group of 6 girls had that day. We started with homemade spring rolls, we cut all the vegetables, and she guided us in every single step and process to eat the perfect spring rolls, also homemade peanut sauce was super yummy. Then was Tom Kha Tofu soup, the lemon grass smell was super aromatic and welcoming to try the soup, I can't describe the smell of fresh lemon grass while cooking on the stove, the waiting for that soup was worth it, it was delicious. Following the soup was wild salmon, fish and shrimp pad Thai with also homemade pad Thai sauce, rice and panang curry, sticky rice and one more lychee drink while we enjoyed every single dish of Chef Supranee. I recommend her for your special events or celebrational friend gatherings.
