Take a tour of San Rafael's beautiful farmers' market and learn to make homemade pasta!

To start the day, Chef Polina will take you on a tour of the San Rafael farmers' market. You'll pick out some fresh ingredients and then come back to her home where she'll teach you how to make your own homemade pasta. The ravioli fillings will highlight the market's seasonal ingredients.

At the end of the class, we will all enjoy a variety of homemade pasta with different ravioli fillings along with a variety of fresh fruit and local cheeses as dessert.

Guests will leave the class with full stomachs, new pasta making skills, and a box of fresh, handmade pasta!

Chef Polina invites guests to bring a beverage of their choice to enjoy with the meal.

I was born and raised in Moscow, Russia where I learned the lore of Eastern European cooking from my grandmother. I am a food enthusiast and a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
