In this cooking class, transport yourself to the heart of a classic French brasserie. Under the guidance of the chef instructor, learn to cook steak and craft a decadent truffle aioli for the traditional Steak Frites. Discover the delicate technique of poaching eggs for a flavorful frisée salad. Conclude the meal with the iconic Crêpes Suzette, flambeed to perfection, for a truly authentic dining experience of the brasseries of France.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

It was fun but I wish we could’ve worked with our group only. I don’t want other peoples hands in my food and it’s hard when you have a kid in your group and need to let them do everything. I was very disappointed in this. The class was very rushed at the end too.
