Cooking Class - Latin Steakhouse
Master the essence of Latin Flavors Grill, Stuff and Salsa and satisfy your sweet cravings.
Explore the savory flavors of Latin America in this interactive chef-led cooking class. Your chef instructor will teach you how to perfectly grill flank steak to pair with a fresh chimichurri sauce. You’ll form masa into pupusas stuffed with cheese and prepare a fresh red salsa. You’ll also churn up a delectable Dulce de Leche Ice Cream for the sweetest ending to your feast.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Chef Gus launched his culinary journey in the Bay Area, with roots in Chicago and Los Angeles, where he mastered Latin cuisine. Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
