Nothing tops biting into a light and buttery pastry, and in this fine French pastries cooking class, you'll learn how to make them. In this fun class, you'll be guided by a top-rated chef on how to create a laminated dough that can be shaped into palmiers and turnovers. Chop up summer berries for a sweet and refreshing filling which you will enjoy at the end of the class.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was a great experience, the taste of the food we prepared was amazing, I was really blown away. I just wish that the set up would be in a way that each participant would do all the steps rather than sharing a set up with other participant.

Born into a family of cooks and chefs, Chef Jaken has always had a strong passion for food. After attending culinary school, he began his professional career, learning a variety of culinary trades from gourmet chefs. Chef Jaken has created his own cooking techniques over the years and continues to push himself past his limits in the kitchen. He looks forward to passing on his knowledge and skills through immersive cooking classes.
