With the basic kitchen essentials, Chef Tim will show you how to make a fulfilling meal. Perfect the fresh pasta dough making. Roll and shape it into the desired kind of pasta, imagination is the limit. Later, discover the classic simplicity of aglio olio sauce, a traditional Italian flavor pairing of garlic and olive oil that elegantly coats the pasta.

Nice guy but too scattered and not very professional. Seemed a bit unprepared for the group. The venue was NOTHING like what I expected. Almost borderline false advertising. It was at a bar venue in an open air outdoor barn like room with pollen flying all around. Quite unsanitary. Questions were asked and answers were always vague and indefinite. Not everyone got a hands on chance. He asked for Venmo gratuity so I politely tipped on site but regret it now as I feel I over-tipped in my rush to leave. Quite disappointed.
