What You’ll Do

Give your steak a refreshing twist with seasonal flavors.

Steak, potatoes, a salad and a dessert — these are the dishes you'll be cooking in this dinner-special cooking class. You'll be creating a wholesome meal with a flavorful grilled flank steak, tomato and charred zucchini salad with feta, herby potatoes with a zesty aioli and a decadent popcorn ice cream drizzled with homemade salted caramel sauce. A professional chef will show you how seasonal flavors can turn your everyday steak dinner into something deliciously fabulous!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

His natural talent and passion for cuisine led him into the world of food prep, with a focus on the authentic flavors of East Asia. Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
