Cook through a four-course menu starting with refreshing spring rolls, stuffed with crisp vegetables and served with a savory dipping sauce. For the entrée prepare a traditional pho noodle soup packed with hearty-flavor fresh seasonal ingredients and a side of sautéed snow peas and mushrooms. End the class with a sweet avocado milkshake for a rich and decadent dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wow! Chef Mary is amazing, we had such a great experience!! She is super professional and also personable, she made the class so much fun and the meal turned out delicious (and there was a lot of food too). Totally recommend her! She is the sweetest!

Chef Mary's food is a fine dining experience made with home cooked love! She took time to understand my preferences and dietary restrictions and provided such a diverse set of dishes from Asian fusion to vegan meals with very innovative deserts too! Her service, presentation, skills, and price are impossible to beat. I have re-ordered several times now and have referred many colleagues/friends who have private chef needs without reservation. My only concern is that I hope she doesn't get overbooked now! Thanks for all you've done to keep me healthy and happy with great, affordable food Chef Mary!
