Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Teens: Top-Tier Baking

What You’ll Do

An immersive five day series elevates teens’ baking skills with advanced techniques.

This 5-day cooking series designed for ages 12 and up will teach teens with basic baking knowledge an impressive new set of skills. Although these summer cooking classes focus on baking, students will also practice creativity and collaboration while building confidence in the kitchen. Guided by an experienced chef instructor, teen chefs will explore challenging recipes and techniques while strengthening foundational kitchen skills and safety best practices. At the end of the series, each student will take home a printed menu and graduation certificate to highlight their achievement.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes. Parents do not stay during the classes.

Fun experience, the chef was full of positive energy and informative. We learned a lot about the cooking process.

Chef STEPHANIE was great, a few things that would have enhanced the experience. In my opinion, the food was too little to be satisfying for a dinner. You should’ve had either bread on the table or some form of salad to start the meal. By the time we ate the scallops, they were cold, And it just wasn’t enough to be a full dinner. I learned some great Tactics and overall was a very good experience, a few tweaks could make it even better. Thanks!

The Chef was lovely, and the pastries turned out great. I only wish everyone at the table had their dough to work with instead of sharing, and it was awkward at times. There was an individual who was baking most of the time and not allowing others to have an opportunity. I think the class is overpriced if you have to share and are not baking or cooking. That is my honest review.
