This classic comfort food cooking class is where timeless recipes meet modern flair. Discover the secrets behind crafting soul-soothing dishes that evoke nostalgia and warmth. Start off with a classic Caesar salad with shaved brussels sprouts and classic garlic croutons. Then, roast chicken in a rich green harissa sauce, with a side of crispy sweet potatoes. Finally, end the night with a decadent brown butter upside down apple cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
