Explore a French classic during this professionally led croissant cooking class. Layer by layer, you'll uncover the special techniques used to create this popular French pastry. Worthy of a French boulangerie, your creations will be ready for sampling at the end of the session. As an addition, you'll also be presented with a Garde-Manger apron, which is yours to keep.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Although very friendly and had good conversation, the chef did not have the knowledge or experience in the cuisine. There was a lot of reading off the instructions and had a comment of “we’re learning together” which isn’t the best feeling when paying for a cooking class. Unable to answer a lot of questions we had as there was no experience in the dish.
