Welcome the Wood Dragon with this celebratory cooking class inspired by Asian cuisine. Guided by a professional chef you'll explore the vast array of ingredients, flavors, and wok techniques that make this special time so exciting. Ring in a new year with new culinary confidence!

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

“Baking Fun For The Whole Family” was so much fun with Chef Sofia! Good beginner hands on experience, not too advanced but just right!

Thought it would be more hands on. Most items were pre cut and peeled, mostly we just added the items and mixed them. Class only lasted about 1 hr. 45 min.

Over the years, he transitioned into diverse culinary styles, with a focus on French techniques. Currently residing in Los Angeles, Chef Gus is dedicated to sharing his culinary wisdom with students, drawn from his extensive hands-on experience in the culinary world.
