Embrace the cool fall weather with warming cuisine. Create a variety of seasonal recipes designed to create warmth from the inside out. Learn professional techniques for creating balanced, upscale main courses, and practice knife skills and learn to balance flavors for well-rounded sides and sweets.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Helping others elevate their kitchen skills allowed Chef Eric to discover his joy for teaching and assuring his students that even mistakes can be meaningful.
