In this hands-on cooking class focused on honing your fundamental cooking skills, Chef David will guide you through practicing basic knife cuts and techniques that will help you prepare meals with efficiency and ease. Master culinary tasks such as sautéing, grilling and cooking grains while preparing a selection of crowd-pleasing dishes.

From classic bruschetta and hearty grilled sausage to colorful ratatouille and rich, cheesy polenta, this menu will test your kitchen skill set. For dessert, delight your palate with a sweet and airy chocolate mousse balanced with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
