The many layers of croissant dough are a blank canvas for many flavors.
This immersive cooking experience is all about nailing the details as you craft a French pastry classic: croissants. Making your own laminated dough is all about following directions closely so your pastry remains puffy and golden. After perfecting your dough, you'll finish fillings for three types of croissants, both savory and sweet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
