Cooking Class - Classic Beef Wellington - Date Night

Craft a signature chef-favorite in this interactive cooking class.

Bring a classic British touch to the table as you take guidance from your chef instructor. Using traditional techniques, you will learn how to prepare the perfect puff pastry to cover a tender round of beef. Prepare a side of fluffy mashed potatoes and vegetables.
