Cooking Class - Ravioli From Scratch

Learn the basics for crafting your own handmade ravioli for an authentic Italian dinner.

This hands-on cooking class is your invitation to creating an Old World meal with fresh ravioli as the centerpiece. You'll prepare fresh pasta dough and fill it two ways: With pumpkin dressed in a brown butter and sage sauce, and with three cheeses topped with a savory tomato sauce. You'll also create an elegant salad featuring Brussels sprouts tossed with zesty citrus and earthy walnuts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

I thought the class was fine. The food we cooked was tasty but it did seem like we were just putting ingredients together in a rushed format. I thought there should have been more of an opportunity to make the raviolis, everything seemed rushed and a bit hectic. Also I wish we could have had Togo boxes but all we got was a ziplock and there was so much food waste. Also, we did not get the recipes and thought that would have been nice. Overall the instructor was swift but definitely seemed a bit like she was racing against the clock to get through everything.
