Begin by creating a fresh aguachile dish with shrimp, serrano peppers, cilantro, lime and avocado. Next, fry up white fish in tempura batter, which you'll tuck into handmade corn tortillas with cabbage and crema for unforgettable tacos. Then, craft salsa, pinto beans with chipotle, and guacamole for delicious sides, and end by baking a caramel flan sprinkled with sea salt for dessert.
