My recent sushi cooking class with Chef Monica was an absolute delight. Set in an intimate dining area, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants. One highlight was meeting a lovely couple who shared laughs and stories throughout the session, adding an extra layer of warmth to the experience. Chef Monica's interactive teaching style made learning the art of sushi-making a breeze. From mastering the use of chopsticks to crafting our own rolls, every step was guided with patience and expertise. The intimate setting allowed for personalized attention, ensuring everyone felt comfortable and engaged. Overall, the class was a perfect blend of fun, learning, and delicious food. I left with not only newfound sushi-making skills but also fond memories of a delightful evening spent in good company. Highly recommended for anyone looking to spice up their culinary repertoire in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.
