In this exciting interactive cooking class, you'll explore a vibrant Asian menu bursting with flavor.
Discover new cooking techniques or sharpen your current kitchen skills as Chef Michael guides you through five classic Asian recipes using a wide variety of ingredients.
Begin by filling homemade dumpling wrappers with pork or vegetables for fresh gyoza, then stir-fry tender beef with ginger and pepper. Next, Chef Michael will show you how to make dan dan noodles from scratch and top them with ground pork in a fragrant Szechuan pepper oil. End your class by whipping up Japanese-style panna cotta featuring indulgent caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Who Knew We Could Learn French Cuisine!
Chef Michael blends the perfect amount of teaching, fun, stories, and hands on experience. We didn’t know exactly what to expect from an in-home cooking class, but Chef Michael was wonderfully prepared and completely self contained. The courses were relatively easy to understand and we can apply what we learned to future dishes. Can’t wait for Chef Michael to come back out to our place for our next class!

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed the "Elevated French Cuisine" class with Chef Michael. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we walked into his kitchen until the moment we left. Although this particular cuisine class is more demo than hands on, He explained every step as he prepared the meal and answered every single question that was asked honestly and fully. The parts that were hands on, he was patient and made everyone in the class comfortable. The amount of food he makes and serves in this 4 course meal had us walking out VERY filled and VERY happy and It may have been some of the best meal we've eaten. We plan on taking another class with Chef Michael very soon. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for a fun and relaxing date night.

My fiancee and I like to make pizzas at home and thought it would be a fun date night activity. Not only did we have a fun time making the pizzas, we got to make homemade pesto and cannolis as well! Chef Michael was patient, informative, and provided a fun, laidback environment. Highly recommend to anyone, and we hope to be back in the future!

We had a great time learning how to make pizza at Chef Michael's place! Celebrated fiance's birthday and the chef's knowledge and passion shows, plus he makes a lot of his ingredients from scratch. A delicious and fun evening, highly recommend!

The food was beautifully prepared and delicious, and our hosts were extremely welcoming and passionate for their craft. Michael's class was in depth and well prepared, and their kitchen boasts the perfect space for group instruction and demos. We will absolutely be returning to take more of Michael's classes as we were blown away by everything. Cant recommend this class as well as Michael's repertoire of other classes quite enough!
