Cooking Class - Traditional Asian Fare
In this exciting interactive cooking class, you'll explore a vibrant Asian menu bursting with flavor.
Discover new cooking techniques or sharpen your current kitchen skills as Chef Michael guides you through five classic Asian recipes using a wide variety of ingredients.
Begin by filling homemade dumpling wrappers with pork or vegetables for fresh gyoza, then stir-fry tender beef with ginger and pepper. Next, Chef Michael will show you how to make dan dan noodles from scratch and top them with ground pork in a fragrant Szechuan pepper oil. End your class by whipping up Japanese-style panna cotta featuring indulgent caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I just spent a wonderful evening with chef michael in an Asian cooking class. We had fun, learned a lot and had one of the best meals of our lives. We can’t wait to come to the French cooking class.
