Cooking Class - Traditional Asian Fare
Discover new cooking techniques or sharpen your current kitchen skills as Chef Michael guides you through five classic Asian recipes using a wide variety of ingredients.
Begin by filling homemade dumpling wrappers with pork or vegetables for fresh gyoza, then stir-fry tender beef with ginger and pepper. Next, Chef Michael will show you how to make dan dan noodles from scratch and top them with ground pork in a fragrant Szechuan pepper oil. End your class by whipping up Japanese-style panna cotta featuring indulgent caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
