In this hands-on cooking class, discover the flavors and recipes famous in the region of Northern Italy. Chef Dana will help you incorporate fresh and local ingredients with imported specialty products for an unforgettable meal.
Begin by tossing crispy shrimp and calamari with fresh seasonings and crafting a creamy aioli dipping sauce. Next, prepare a beef, pork and red wine-infused Bolognese sauce, which you'll pair with a three cheese and brown butter polenta and roasted broccolini. End by whipping up a classic Italian dessert studded with seasonal berries.
