Cooking Class - Fresh Mediterranean Flavors

Chef Nik will take you on a culinary journey to explore time-honored cooking techniques and Mediterranean flavors and recipes during this completely interactive cooking class.

To begin, you'll sauté hearty halloumi cheese and pair with juicy watermelon and fresh mint. For the main course, you'll learn how to prepare classic chicken souvlaki nestled in homemade pita bread and topped with a zesty tzatziki sauce, and how to slice up a Greek salad with oregano vinaigrette. For dessert, you'll whip up Greek yogurt with caramelized figs, walnuts and a drizzle of honey.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
