Create a three-course menu inspired by the freshness and warmth of Italian ingredients.
Chef Teresa will guide you through a culinary journey to sunny Italy. In this hands-on cooking class, she will teach you the perfect flavor combinations to create colorful and healthy Italian dishes, including homemade pasta.
Begin by baking zucchini with a creamy white bean salad and sharp Parmesan. For the main course, you'll learn how to craft handmade linguini pasta paired with a tomato, olive and basil puttanesca sauce and gorgeously charred garlic broccoli on the side. And for dessert, bake the perfect sweet and zesty lemon tart.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our in-home cooking experience with Chef Teresa! Everything went wonderfully from start to finish. We found Teresa very easy to communicate with when we were in the planning stages, and we were impressed by her preparedness when she arrived at our home on the day of our event. Teresa shared her culinary expertise all throughout the meal preparation, and everything about our Mediterranean dinner tasted absolutely delicious! Before she left, Teresa tidied up our kitchen and left us with very satisfied tastebuds and full hearts after a very delightful evening!
