In this interactive class, you'll learn all about the secrets to make pasta by hand.

If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the store-bought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?

During this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Tess will share the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle and celery root ravioli, then focus on linguine served with Bolognese, clams or carbonara. For dessert, discover the secrets to making cream puffs.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fun time! Chef Tess was terrific - organized, knowledgeable, outgoing. There were seven of us butterflies to heard, and she pulled it off with aplomb. Everyone learned so much and had a great time doing it. The meal we prepared was plentiful and delicious, and every single expectation was exceeded. There will definitely be another booking real soon.
