Cooking Class - Making Pasta From Scratch
If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the store-bought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?
During this hands-on pasta-making class, Chef Tess will share the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle oil and ricotta ravioli, then focus on linguine served with Bolognese, clams or carbonara. For dessert, discover the secrets to making cream puffs.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
Homemade Ravioli Pasta
With ricotta, truffle oil, pea pesto and tomato coulis
Handmade Linguine Pasta
Bolognese with beef, veal, pork, celery, carrots, onions and herbs
Carbonara with guanciale, peas, eggs and cheese
Con vongole with clams, white wine and parsley
