Cooking Class - Making Pasta From Scratch

In this interactive class, you'll learn all about the secrets of making pasta by hand.

If you've ever tried handmade pasta, you know it's vastly superior to the storebought variety in both flavor and texture. But did you know that pasta consists of just two ingredients — eggs and flour — and that it's actually quite easy to make by hand?

During this class, Chef Tess will share with you the techniques and knowledge on how to make superior handmade pasta. You'll start by tackling truffle and celery root ravioli, then focus on linguine served with bolognese, con vongole, or carbonara. For dessert, discover the secrets to making chocolate profiteroles.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a fun time! Chef Tess was terrific - organized, knowledgeable, outgoing. There were seven of us butterflies to heard, and she pulled it off with aplomb. Everyone learned so much and had a great time doing it. The meal we prepared was plentiful and delicious, and every single expectation was exceeded. There will definitely be another booking real soon.
