Cooking Class - Modern Steakhouse
In this interactive cooking class, Chef Ozzy will teach you how unique ingredients can make a meal pop, and culinary techniques that includes slicing fish, pan-searing steak and cooking potatoes in a decadent sauce.
Gather in the kitchen as you begin by preparing seasonal fish for a crudo paired with fermented vegetables. For the main course, you'll learn how to pan-sear steak to perfection and whip up an herby chimichurri sauce along with cooking potatoes in a buttery beurre monté sauce. Banana bread is re-envisioned for dessert and paired with fried sage and nutmeg Chantilly.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
