What You’ll Do

Learn the secrets to crafting French fare with traditional cooking techniques.

Savor classic flavors from France in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Falyn, who will teach you how to master a handful of authentic French recipes.

You will begin by preparing a Lyonnaise salad featuring endives and fresh mixed greens drizzled with olive oil. Then, make a ratatouille with savory sausage mixed in with fresh tomatoes, eggplant, bell peppers and zucchini and baked until tender, and perfectly roasted potatoes on the side. Finish your French fête as Chef Falyn teaches you how to bake madeleines flavored with lemon and ricotta.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Her pizza was incredible, and I don't eat pizza from anyone else but her now. 10/10 I recommend it!
