Prepare time-honored French dishes made from fine ingredients with Chef Dominic.
In this hands-on French-themed cooking class, you’ll learn how to transform fresh, gourmet ingredients into a menu of sophisticated fare. Each course is completely homemade, from appetizer to dessert.
Begin by assembling a crisp frisée salad with colorful tomatoes, cucumber and a tangy red wine vinaigrette. Then, you’ll expertly season and roast a whole chicken to be served with tender root vegetables and puréed cauliflower with rich cream for a decadent side dish. Finally, Chef Dominic will teach you how to make a flaky and sweet apple tarte as the perfect dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
