Begin with a staple, homemade tortilla chips served with fresh tomato salsa and creamy guacamole. Then, prepare tender carne asada and steamed rice flavored with lime and cilantro, and an arugula salad topped with avocado and tangy lime dressing. Then, fry up churros, a delightfully authentic dessert served with dulce de leche.
