Cooking Class - Vegan Fusion Dining

There's no limit to the culinary creativity Caribbean cuisine lends to the vegan selections in this hands-on cooking class from Chef Patricia. She'll teach you how to blend plant-based ingredients and island tastes and textures into a smashing fusion meal.
Begin your lesson with jackfruit spring rolls made snappy with jerk seasoning before preparing zucchini pasta topped with a savory lentil mushroom tomato sauce. Then, whip up shortbread cookies topped with caramel and melted chocolate. You'll want to make these cookies again and again!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Patricia started her culinary career in 2000 as a Walt Disney World College Program intern. She spent ten years honing her culinary and pastry chef skills by working in numerous three star restaurants, patisseries and gluten free bakeries. In 2020, Chef Patricia won an award for best vegan side dish. Currently living in Atlanta, she spends her time cooking and baking while focusing on plant-based gourmet cuisine.
