Cooking Class - Elevated S'mores and Stories

Gather 'round the campfire for a delicious, elevated take on a gooey classic.

Bring your s'mores game up a notch or two with this hands-on cooking class. Chef Chris shares secrets for creating handmade elements using fresh ingredients that turn a simple treat into a supremely sweet celebration.

You'll bake up your own spiced Speculoos-style cookies seasoned with warm spices, hand-whip a batch of light and airy marshmallow fluff and create a chocolate hazelnut spread that puts the name brand stuff to shame. Assemble and toast your gooey treats to campfire perfection and brew up Italian-style hot chocolate to enjoy them with.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Chris' class was very enjoyable! He had everything set up ahead of time so we could jump right into the cooking, but left time for questions and conversations along the way. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun way to spend some time together. The meal was delicious and he helped where needed to keep the experience fun.
