Enjoy a variety of Latin dishes over four courses with Chef Jordan.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jordan, you'll learn how to create a variety of Latin classics that hail from numerous countries, regions and cultures, including Puerto Rico, Spain and Mexico.

Start by making Puerto Rican tostones, or fried plantains, enjoyed with tomato avocado salsa and cilantro lime crema. Then, prepare Spain's gambas al ajillo with fresh shrimp and the flavors of garlic, lemon and aleppo pepper, and traditional Spanish paella with mussels, prawns and calamari. Finish by baking a Mexican tres leches cake with warm spices and served with fresh berries.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I hired Jordan for my boyfriend's surprise birthday dinner and it was such a lovely experience. Jordan was professional, personable and extremely organized from beginning to end. It was a lot of fun being able to create a personalized menu and Jordan was very helpful throughout the entire process. Jordan's food was phenomenal, even better than most restaurants. The food was fresh, flavorful and unique...might I add the homemade dark chocolate brownies were the best I've had. I couldn't recommend Jordan enough and would love to hire her again for another event. I promise you won't be disappointed.
