Explore the flavors of Italy in this authentic hands-on cooking class. Chef Paige will be your guide as you discover how to emphasize traditional ingredients and add a new spin on your favorite dishes.
You’ll begin the class by preparing sweet and savory caprese bites for your hors d’oeuvre. Then, learn how to make simple, rustic pappardelle pasta from scratch, which you’ll toss in a creamy garlic sauce and serve with an anchovy and Parmesan studded Caesar salad. For dessert, handcraft a classic Italian favorite: Tiramisu.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
