Delight your senses and add new tricks to your repertoire with guidance from Chef Dan. Focus on seasonal and sophisticated ingredients to prepare an authentic meal with Italian flavors.
Begin with a spiedini of creamy buffalo mozzarella, prosciutto-wrapped figs and a drizzle of hot honey. Next, spinach salad with walnuts, gorgonzola and a luscious truffle balsamic vinaigrette. For the main event, learn how to expertly cook lamb chops using the sous vide method, which you'll serve over a bed of velvety goat cheese polenta, carrots and a rich demi-glace on top. Finish things off with a buttery soft coconut budino.

Chef Dan’s extensive culinary résumé includes time spent working as an Executive Chef, the youngest Saucier at the Waldorf Astoria in New York, and even as a culinary TV producer. In addition to his successful career as a chef, he has taught more than 100 cooking classes on TV shows and at the local college level. Teaching is his passion, and he loves to bring the joy of cooking to aspiring chefs of all skill levels.
