Celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved one or friends by sharpening your culinary skills in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kiersten — the perfect romantic experience!

Begin by making your choice of surf or turf recipes, including charred salmon with champagne glaze and citrus salsa or beef tenderloin on crostini, and scallops with linguine in brandy cream sauce or steak with pepper Parmesan sauce. For dessert, choose from decadent lemon pot de crème or creamy chocolate soup.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our cooking class with Chef Kiersten was so fun! She had incredible patience with our group and the mix of skill levels we brought to the class. Plus we ended up with five delicious recipes to try again at home and way too much food to eat in one night. We had a blast and it was the perfect way to celebrate my mom’s birthday!

We just stopped by to look in and we had to get a snack. We got the Tater Nachos and they were excellent. We will differently stop by again when we are up there to try more food and drinks. We loved the concept.
