Chef Kiersten shares her treasured recipes for a high-end brunch in this mouthwatering hands-on cooking class, where you'll create a trio of bacon-centered dishes, each with its own rich personality.
The star of the show is candied million dollar bacon, which you'll use to prepare tater tots topped with creamy million dollar bacon gravy and burritos using bacon as the perfect tortilla substitute. Bring along a bottle of your favorite champagne, sparkling wine or Prosecco for Bellinis!

Meet your chef
Chef Kiersten is an entrepreneur and culinary extraordinaire who brings to the table her decades of experience as an executive chef. After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
