Holiday spirit is in the air in this pajama party-themed hands-on brunch class with Chef Kiersten. Don your favorite PJs and prepare three pancake dishes completely from scratch.
Get things started with fluffy pancakes prepared with silky sunflower seed butter and creamy sliced bananas. Then, it's onto fun pancake rolls featuring your favorite fruit-flavored jellies and jams and tangy French lemon berry crêpes. And don't forget to bring along a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine for bubbly mimosas!
Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

Meet your chef
Chef Kiersten is an entrepreneur and culinary extraordinaire who brings to the table her decades of experience as an executive chef. After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
