Chef Kiersten will teach you how to grocery shop effectively and efficiently before you prepare lemon herb chicken with couscous salad and a butter-basted salmon dressed with tangy citrus salsa. You'll also make a savory chorizo rice bowl topped with a fried egg before preparing an apple crumble for dessert.

Our class with Chef Kiersten was fantastic! She let us run with our recipes in the kitchen while providing the perfect level of support. All of the dishes were delicious and definitely ones that I will try again at home. The perfect start to our Napa vacation.

Our cooking class with Chef Kiersten was so fun! She had incredible patience with our group and the mix of skill levels we brought to the class. Plus we ended up with five delicious recipes to try again at home and way too much food to eat in one night. We had a blast and it was the perfect way to celebrate my mom’s birthday!

Meet your chef
Chef Kiersten is an entrepreneur and culinary extraordinaire who brings to the table her decades of experience as an executive chef. After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
