Learn how to prepare fresh pasta from scratch and turn it into incredible dishes.

There's nothing quite like the taste of fresh pasta, and this hands-on cooking class with Chef Kiersten will show you how to handcraft it yourself. Once you learn tricks to making your own, you'll glide right past the pasta aisle!

Start class with a refreshing gazpacho before making and rolling gnocchi you'll sizzle up in sage butter. For your entrée, you'll create homemade fettuccine pasta carbonara, served with a caprese salad and focaccia bread on the side. And for dessert, impress yourself by preparing an indulgent tiramisu from scratch.

Guests are welcome to purchase wine and beer from the venue.

After beginning her career as a personal chef, she later became owner and operator of her own catering business for 20 years, in addition to a renowned barbecue restaurant in Kansas City and a meal prep kit company. Chef Kiersten now resides in Napa Valley and specializes in farm-to-table cuisine.
