Start by learning how to stir-fry rice noodles, beef and broccoli for pad see ew. Pair this with a homemade Thai green curry using green curry paste, coconut milk, Thai vegetables and chicken. Dessert is a lesson in steaming sticky rice and slicing mangoes for sweet and creamy mango sticky rice.

It was a great experience learning how to cook Thai food with chef Matt and chef Sandy. Easy to follow instructions, fun, very knowledgeable chefs and lovely people who share their experiences and passion through their love for food. It’s definitely worth it and we will be returning soon to learn more from these amazing chefs. Thank you for making this day unforgettable.

I took the ricotta making class from Chef Sandy and had a great time. I learned how to take a 1/2 gallon of milk and turn it into cheese; truly a miracle. Along the way I picked up some cooking techniques and built some confidence in the kitchen. To top it off the entire class had dinner together of all the dishes we made.
