Teaching is his passion, and he loves to bring the joy of cooking to aspiring chefs of all skill levels.

Chef Dan is amazing teacher. Down to earth & he got SOUL!!! The seafood class was very upscale. Now I know how to make at home. I learned so much about preparing seafood. Chef Dan where’s many hat in the preparing food. So for sure I will taking more of Chef Dan cooking classes with Cozymeal. 1 more thing I laugh so much. Laughter is always good for the SOUL!!!!

Chef Dan is an exceptional chef who has prepared meals for many high profile celebrations such as Frank Sinatra and his family, The Trumps, The Clintons and more! His love for cooking and teaching shines through his personality. With his experience he has so many stories to tell that he loves to share with his guests. I highly recommend taking a class with Chef Dan if you are in the area!
