Learn how to prepare a number of mouthwatering dishes with classic American flavors with expert guidance from Chef Dan. Watch as a handful of fresh ingredients are elevated into a savory feast.

First, a grilled shrimp and grits amuse-bouche to awaken your senses followed by an iconic wedge salad topped with an earthy gorgonzola dressing. For the entrée, learn how to prepare beef Wellington accompanied by bacon-wrapped fingerling potatoes. Finally, Chef Dan will show you how to craft an apple caramel trifle with a raspberry garnish for show.
